Johan Plappert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benni Zugowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the game, TIINDDRCCATS's Benni Zugowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johan Plappert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Arno Juratovic kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Heini Nikolic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Plappert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SSV Bremen's Johan Plappert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heini Nikolic in the 24th minute of play. Gismund Stollenwerk hit a great ball. Benni Zugowski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johan Plappert. Johan Plappert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind SSV Bremen's goalkeeper Johan Plappert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

SSV Bremen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dankward Redder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Heini Nikolic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Dankward Redder took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Johan Plappert to make any attempt to save it. Johan Plappert was a little too slow when Heini Nikolic got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-12. Dankward Redder hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Dankward Redder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Johan Plappert made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded TIINDDRCCATS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SSV Bremen.
