Spectators: 7521 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 18) Wilhelm Bach started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gabor Rieden came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lewix's Moses Neudorf. But to his dismay, Moses Neudorf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jens Achleitner hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Eike Hain was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Moses Neudorf managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lewix's supporters rose to their feet, but Moses Neudorf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabor Rieden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moses Neudorf in the 13th minute of play forced Brum FC's goalkeeper Gabor Rieden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eike Hain scored 2-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabor Rieden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hannes Ducke hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lewix's zone, Wilhelm Bach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Nülle came out of the goal and Wilhelm Bach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eike Hain in the 39th minute of play forced Brum FC's goalkeeper Gabor Rieden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moses Neudorf took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabor Rieden. Gabor Rieden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eike Hain to make the kick off. Gabor Rieden made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Eike Hain sent off a good shot on target. Gabor Rieden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eike Hain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brum FC's goalkeeper Gabor Rieden, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Shawn Hambrecht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute, Eike Hain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabor Rieden was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. After 70 played minutes FC Lewix got a freekick which was hit by Adam Feil. Gabor Rieden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eike Hain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moses Neudorf in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabor Rieden saved Brum FC from getting behind. In the 82nd minute of the match, Eike Hain tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabor Rieden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 85 minutes into the match, Brum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eike Hain came free, but Gabor Rieden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabor Rieden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthias Rist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eike Hain got free with Gabor Rieden in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, FC Lewix's Eike Hain dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. After 93 played minutes Brum FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens Achleitner. Gabor Rieden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shawn Hambrecht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Miskiewicz during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brum FC's Sven Miskiewicz got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Brum FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Lewix were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
