In the 15thth minute of the game Hilbert Heise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vollme FC's Torger Gödicke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Vollme FC's Hank Maurer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roman Stolle. Roman Stolle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A hard shot 20 in the game by Fabien Deters from a close distance when the talented Roman Stolle managed to make a qualified save. Teichwolframsdorf's players were relieved. In the 23rd minute Hilbert Heise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torger Gödicke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Teichwolframsdorf booed when Vollme FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Buck didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Gehlhaar in the 42nd minute of play forced Vollme FC's goalkeeper Torger Gödicke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hank Maurer kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Hilbert Heise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Norbert Gehlhaar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teichwolframsdorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Gehlhaar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torger Gödicke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabien Deters to strike the kick off in the second half. Roman Stolle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddi Kremm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Gehlhaar got free with Torger Gödicke in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the game, Jobst Lebmeier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teichwolframsdorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vollme FC the free kick. Jobst Lebmeier hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Teichwolframsdorf's zone, Freddi Kremm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Stolle came out of the goal and Freddi Kremm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, one of Teichwolframsdorf:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Teichwolframsdorf. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Vollme FC. Patrick Saur stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roman Stolle. 3-1. After a rather tough play, Vollme FC's Freddi Kremm got a free kick in the 77th minute. Freddi Kremm took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Stolle. Roman Stolle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The supporters of Vollme FC booed when Teichwolframsdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrej Blomme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Gehlhaar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torger Gödicke having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Vollme FC's Heiko Schreiner got a free kick in the 88th minute. Norbert Gehlhaar struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Torger Gödicke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teichwolframsdorf. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vollme FC had won after a very even match.
