Gabor Rieden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norbert Gehlhaar in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Gehlhaar in the 10th minute of play forced Brum FC's goalkeeper Gabor Rieden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabor Rieden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilbert Heise in the 13th minute of play. Gabor Rieden made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Norbert Gehlhaar sent off a good shot on target. Gabor Rieden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilbert Heise, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Teichwolframsdorf's zone, Wilhelm Bach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Stolle came out of the goal and Wilhelm Bach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Wesley Gaar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gabor Rieden. The goal made the score 1-0. Sigmar Englmaier's late challenge caught a Teichwolframsdorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sigmar Englmaier helped the player get up and apologised. Brum FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Hilbert Heise scored to the left of an out of position Gabor Rieden, making the score, 2-0. After 33 minutes, Sven Miskiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brum FC and the Teichwolframsdorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Brum FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven Miskiewicz. After having played for 37 minutes, Ernst Bortlisz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teichwolframsdorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Bortlisz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Norbert Gehlhaar notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Brum FC's Gabor Rieden. Gabor Rieden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Brum FC defense, Hilbert Heise kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabor Rieden. The Brum FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabor Rieden should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilbert Heise stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sigmar Englmaier hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilbert Heise in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabor Rieden saved Brum FC from getting behind. Sven Miskiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Stolle having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Hilbert Heise made a precise shot to the right of Gabor Rieden. Brum FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilbert Heise in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabor Rieden saved Brum FC from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Brum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Gehlhaar came free, but Gabor Rieden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Feike recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Teichwolframsdorf's Norbert Gehlhaar made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabor Rieden was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gabor Rieden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Gaar in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes of play, Teichwolframsdorf's Wesley Gaar made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabor Rieden was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilhelm Bach hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Norbert Gehlhaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabor Rieden having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Wesley Gaar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabor Rieden was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Gabor Rieden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilbert Heise in the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Brum FC's Wilhelm Bach ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roman Stolle. Roman Stolle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-1. Teichwolframsdorf walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
