Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grzegorz Czerwinski couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Gladbach 93's goalkeeper Wolfram Ostendorff, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the match Mäusekicker got a corner. RB Gladbach 93's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feodor Wedel ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 23rd minute, Peter Betz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walther Reckmaier to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Mäusekicker's Grzegorz Czerwinski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Gladbach 93's goalkeeper Wolfram Ostendorff, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th match minute, Mäusekicker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Pena to maneuver through the defense. Kai Schirmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walther Reckmaier in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, RB Gladbach 93's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Grzegorz Czerwinski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 95th minute, Peter Betz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mäusekicker's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
