Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Markus Paul Janssen kicked off to start the match. Fred Krotz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Thorbrügge having to make a save. After some careless play in the Brezis defense, Uffe Nölting kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Thorbrügge. The Brezis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Thorbrügge should have stopped the shot. Jork Bechtle hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. OFK Bratstvo's attentive Gerrit Dörfler managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Mix made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. OFK Bratstvo's Ayman Klopp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Küpperbusch in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute Markus Paul Janssen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayman Klopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the OFK Bratstvo defense, Jost Hofacker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ayman Klopp. The OFK Bratstvo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ayman Klopp should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Balke during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Boris Binding's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ayman Klopp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Markus Paul Janssen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayman Klopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes, OFK Bratstvo's Jork Bechtle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frederico Thorbrügge came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OFK Bratstvo reached it. 46 minutes into the game, Jost Hofacker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brezis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OFK Bratstvo the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uffe Nölting to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Brezis booed when OFK Bratstvo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Krotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayman Klopp made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Lutz Gädechens sent off a good shot on target. OFK Bratstvo's Ayman Klopp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save OFK Bratstvo from getting a goal against them. Ayman Klopp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Binding in the 59th minute of play. Richard Küpperbusch came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ayman Klopp could save by the left post. OFK Bratstvo's Marcus Conz was substituted for Peer Oldenburg. With a little luck, OFK Bratstvo's Ayman Klopp got control of the ball when Lutz Gädechens tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brezis's goalkeeper Frederico Thorbrügge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uffe Nölting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Frederico Thorbrügge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brezis's Mark Balke got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Mark Balke off the ground. Mark Balke hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jork Bechtle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederico Thorbrügge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. OFK Bratstvo's Ayman Klopp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save OFK Bratstvo from getting a goal against them. Lutz Gädechens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayman Klopp having to interfere. After 82 played minutes OFK Bratstvo got a freekick which was hit by Albert Fazio. OFK Bratstvo's Ayman Klopp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save OFK Bratstvo from getting a goal against them. Frederico Thorbrügge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Krotz in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in OFK Bratstvo's zone, Lutz Gädechens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayman Klopp came out of the goal and Lutz Gädechens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jork Bechtle hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. OFK Bratstvo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Brezis had controlled the match.
