An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Wegmann in the 5th minute of play forced Heider FC's goalkeeper Burkhard Wolf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Horst Kloss had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Morgan Stiegler. OsTeuSCornoS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horst Kloss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Heider FC's Wolf Erkiner was substituted for Christof Drebes. Horst Kloss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Morgan Stiegler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morgan Stiegler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horst Kloss in the 14th minute of the match. Morgan Stiegler made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Wolf Erkiner sent off a good shot on target. Wolf Erkiner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Morgan Stiegler having to make a save. The supporters of OsTeuSCornoS booed when Heider FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lemmy Sylvester didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, OsTeuSCornoS's Delron Weidenhammer got a free kick in the 34th minute. The long shot by Jonas Wrede in the 35th minute really tested Morgan Stiegler's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 41st minute Horst Kloss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Stiegler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Brad Wegmann sped through Heider FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Burkhard Wolf.

Heider FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wolf Erkiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Wolf Erkiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Horst Kloss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heider FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horst Kloss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to OsTeuSCornoS getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. André Thelen hit a great ball. If Horst Kloss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, OsTeuSCornoS's André Thelen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pitt Gotthard in the 94th minute of play forced OsTeuSCornoS's goalkeeper Morgan Stiegler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Heider FC were the better team. Heider FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
