Georges Söbbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Padro Cambero in the 12th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl Marx kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Georges Söbbe. That made the score 4-0 in the 23 minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, FC 08 Brühl's Karl Marx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georges Söbbe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusztusz Gellérfi in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georges Söbbe saved HSVHamburg from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Karl Marx made a precise shot to the right of Georges Söbbe. HSVHamburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After some careless play in the HSVHamburg defense, Padro Cambero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georges Söbbe. The HSVHamburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georges Söbbe should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Georges Söbbe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Connor Gebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixten Graf in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, HSVHamburg's Friedrich Ollert got a free kick in the 38th minute. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes Padro Cambero shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Georges Söbbe when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Padro Cambero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georges Söbbe was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute of the match, Karl Marx tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Georges Söbbe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 44 minutes into the match, HSVHamburg's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Marx came free, but Georges Söbbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Connor Gebert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zinédine Schlumberger's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Karl Marx made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, FC 08 Brühl's Padro Cambero made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georges Söbbe was left in no man's land by his defense there! HSVHamburg's Georges Söbbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berthold Brecht in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, HSVHamburg's Zinédine Schlumberger got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the game, FC 08 Brühl's Romed Scheider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georges Söbbe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Karl Marx took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Georges Söbbe. Georges Söbbe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. 70 minutes into the match, Padro Cambero notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of HSVHamburg's Georges Söbbe. Georges Söbbe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Padro Cambero scored 13-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Georges Söbbe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Georges Söbbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Padro Cambero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to HSVHamburg getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kornelius Hens hit a great ball.
