Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oscar Walcher started the match with the kick off. Leon Baumeister took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frans Pässler. Frans Pässler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, one of Blau Weiß Sauerland:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Leon Baumeister's late challenge caught a SV Ruhpolding's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Baumeister helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Baumeister in the 20th minute of play forced SV Ruhpolding's goalkeeper Frans Pässler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, SV Ruhpolding's goal looked a bit too open when Uwe Nemitz came free, but Frans Pässler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the SV Ruhpolding defense, Uwe Nemitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frans Pässler. The SV Ruhpolding fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frans Pässler should have stopped the shot. Frans Pässler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Pingel in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Tobias Lillge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 minutes, Adam Pingel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blau Weiß Sauerland and the SV Ruhpolding players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Adam Pingel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Pingel made a kick off. Leon Baumeister kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, SV Ruhpolding's goalkeeper Frans Pässler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Nunes. Adam Pingel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frans Pässler having to interfere. Adam Pingel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Renato Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Pingel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frans Pässler having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uwe Nemitz got free with Frans Pässler in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frans Pässler made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Adam Pingel sent off a good shot on target. Adam Pingel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frans Pässler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uwe Nemitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Uwe Nemitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adam Pingel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Frans Pässler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Nunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frans Pässler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Adam Pingel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Adam Pingel notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of SV Ruhpolding's Frans Pässler. Frans Pässler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frans Pässler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uwe Nemitz went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Frans Pässler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uwe Nemitz in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by SV Ruhpolding's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tristan Uschok was slow to take the kick. During this time Blau Weiß Sauerland's players had a chance to rest. Tristan Uschok made a great header on Blau Weiß Sauerland's corner, it was just that SV Ruhpolding's Frans Pässler managed to reach the ball for a save. When the final whistle sounded Blau Weiß Sauerland left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SV Ruhpolding.
