In the 20th minute, Marten Möller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marten Möller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curtis Ohrem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Rickard Algren made a huge save. Anastasio Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Schumacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Kellerbräu FC's Fortunato Schumacher to fire away a dangerous shot which Anastasio Santo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Kellerbräu FC's Marten Möller got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Fortunato Schumacher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trabzonspor's Anastasio Santo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rickard Algren made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Kasper Spann sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fortunato Schumacher in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Santo saved Trabzonspor from getting behind. Marten Möller charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marten Möller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kellerbräu FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Marten Möller hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kellerbräu FC's zone, Raimund Taxis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Algren came out of the goal and Raimund Taxis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kellerbräu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fortunato Schumacher in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Fortunato Schumacher got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anastasio Santo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kellerbräu FC were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Trabzonspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fortunato Schumacher took the corner. The corner ended in Fortunato Schumacher almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Trabzonspor's Anastasio Santo did a great save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fortunato Schumacher made the kick off in the second half. After 95 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Orlandus. After having played for 96 minutes, Hans-Jürgen Grunert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
