In the 44thth minute of the game Ramon Kismi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1. SG Union Frankfurt's Wladimir Sahin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GTV Ostsee's Hugo Emmel came free and shot a quick shot against goal 46 minutes in the game, fortunately Wladimir Sahin had problems saving as it came toward the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Ramon Kismi, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Hugo Emmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GTV Ostsee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Emmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Costa Dulson kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Hugo Emmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladimir Sahin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes GTV Ostsee got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Kismi. 96 minutes into the match, 1. SG Union Frankfurt's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Emmel came free, but Wladimir Sahin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that GTV Ostsee were the better team. GTV Ostsee's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
