Walther Ketzer came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik. But to his dismay, Karsten Jeschik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Rick Scheck put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walther Ketzer. The Fenerbahce SK fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Walther Ketzer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Björn Ödman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 11 minute of play. A hard shot 14 in the game by Karsten Jeschik from a close distance when the talented Walther Ketzer managed to make a qualified save. Oberheukelbach's players were relieved. Karsten Jeschiks short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Walther Ketzer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Scheck in the 16th minute of play forced Oberheukelbach's goalkeeper Walther Ketzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ratko Schrag showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Stratmann in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Fenerbahce SK booed when Oberheukelbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Braunheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Karsten Jeschik made a precise shot to the right of Walther Ketzer. Oberheukelbach's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 24 minutes of play, Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walther Ketzer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute Rick Scheck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Ketzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oberheukelbach's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Moritz Dworakowski scored to the left of an out of position Walther Ketzer, making the score, 7-0. Walther Ketzer made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Rick Scheck sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, Björn Ödman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Walther Ketzer. Björn Ödman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0. Rick Scheck scored 9-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walther Ketzer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Walther Ketzer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Björn Ödman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahce SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Björn Ödman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walther Ketzer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 47 minutes, Harald Nagies mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerbahce SK and the Oberheukelbach players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Oberheukelbach booed when Fenerbahce SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Nagies didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Stratmann to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55th play minutes Karsten Jeschik shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Walther Ketzer and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Jeschik in the 58th minute of play forced Oberheukelbach's goalkeeper Walther Ketzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walther Ketzer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karsten Jeschik's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Rick Scheck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Ketzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, Fenerbahce SK's Rick Scheck made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walther Ketzer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Oberheukelbach defense, Karsten Jeschik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walther Ketzer. The Oberheukelbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walther Ketzer should have stopped the shot. If Gilbert Indenklef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Karsten Jeschik made a precise shot to the right of Walther Ketzer. Oberheukelbach's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. In the 76th minute, Karsten Jeschik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahce SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. Walther Ketzer came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik. But to his dismay, Karsten Jeschik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oberheukelbach's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilbert Indenklef was slow to take the kick. During this time Fenerbahce SK's players had a chance to rest. Walther Ketzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Laurentzi in the 86th minute of play. When Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oberheukelbach's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute of the match Björn Ödman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walther Ketzer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Walther Ketzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rick Scheck, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Fenerbahce SK's Karsten Jeschik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walther Ketzer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. Walther Ketzer had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Rick Scheck's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fenerbahce SK had played much better football throughout.
