Benjamin Debus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Pretzer in the 13th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes BSC Jena 98 got a freekick which was hit by Burkhard Michalke. Benjamin Debus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Finn Kreuels's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, BSC Jena 98's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Verdini came free, but Jens Ebbenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens Ebbenga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klas Josefsson in the 31st minute. Benjamin Debus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burkhard Michalke in the 35th minute of the match. The corner ended in Finn Kreuels almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SV Berkenbrück's Benjamin Debus did a great save. BSC Jena 98's Jens Ebbenga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save BSC Jena 98 from getting a goal against them. Robin Trillkott scored 1-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens Ebbenga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jens Ebbenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Verdini, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Donato Verdini made the kick off in the second half. Jens Ebbenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasily Mahnach in the 50th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Verdini in the 54th minute of play forced BSC Jena 98's goalkeeper Jens Ebbenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Donato Verdini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Ebbenga was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Jens Ebbenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasily Mahnach in the 77th minute of play. After 84 minutes, Carlos Dorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Berkenbrück and the BSC Jena 98 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, SV Berkenbrück was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Dorio to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Fabian Beushausen in the 85th minute really tested Benjamin Debus's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jens Ebbenga was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Zé Augusto de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. SV Berkenbrück's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
