In the 3rdth minute of the game Michael Wirkner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gohfeld's Marc Flecken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. At last the ball reached Patrick Schreiner at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Gohfeld. 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Patrick Schreiner could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Marc Flecken however easily saved by the left post. Jens-Erik Biegel's late challenge caught a FC Büdlich-Breit's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens-Erik Biegel helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes Gohfeld got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Erik Biegel. In the 12th minute Niko Schmitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Flecken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gohfeld's Marc Flecken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Gohfeld from getting a goal against them. Niko Schmitz took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Flecken. Marc Flecken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Patrick Schreiner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marc Flecken firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jens-Erik Biegel hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goalkeeper Marc Flecken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Schreiner. FC Büdlich-Breit's Patrick Schreiner was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Martin Bordorf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Flecken having to interfere. Marc Flecken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niko Schmitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Michael Wirkner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Flecken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Michael Wirkner notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Gohfeld's Marc Flecken. Marc Flecken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl Brunner hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The long shot by Ernst Müller in the 48th minute really tested Marc Flecken's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Marc Flecken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Schmitz in the 52nd minute of play. After 52 played minutes FC Büdlich-Breit got a freekick which was hit by Martin Bordorf. After some careless play in the Gohfeld defense, Jörn Domeier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marc Flecken. The Gohfeld fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marc Flecken should have stopped the shot. Marc Flecken came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Büdlich-Breit's Michael Wirkner. But to his dismay, Michael Wirkner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. If Niko Schmitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörn Domeier kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Wirkner came free, but Marc Flecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Wirkner came free, but Marc Flecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marc Flecken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Schreiner in the 75th minute of the match. Patrick Schreiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Patrick Schreiner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marc Flecken was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Wirkner in the 80th minute of play forced Gohfeld's goalkeeper Marc Flecken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Wirkner came free, but Marc Flecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Schreiner came free, but Marc Flecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Elsässer came free, but Marc Flecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernst Müller struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Marc Flecken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Büdlich-Breit. 96 minutes into the game, FC Büdlich-Breit's Michael Wirkner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Flecken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Büdlich-Breit had played much better football throughout.
