Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobias Schlott to make the kick off. Abdul Behnisch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregor Schachtschober, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Ixona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goalkeeper Estebe Alvaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haralampi Chunov. A nice corner shot did that Valentas Dūda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Estebe Alvaro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, FC Hollywood's Estebe Alvaro got control of the ball when Lajos Détári tried to sneak it across the goal line. Estebe Alvaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Ixona in the 70th minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Heiko Kuhlins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Hollywood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heiko Kuhlins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
