Marc-Dominic Pagel kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Madenrreute's goalkeeper Mel Riechel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Esau Preuße. 8 minutes into the game, Marc-Dominic Pagel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Madenrreute's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Welkershausen FSV the free kick. After a rather tough play, Madenrreute's Marc-Dominic Pagel got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Esau Preuße managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Welkershausen FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esau Preuße was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Mark Poreski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leander Schachow. Welkershausen FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Poreski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Leander Schachow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arko Mach in the 14th minute of play. Esau Preuße fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Riechel having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Madenrreute was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc-Dominic Pagel to maneuver through the defense. Mel Riechel was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Pitt Gross capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pitt Gross really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Madenrreute's Mel Riechel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pitt Gross in the 30th minute of play. Esau Preuße received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mel Riechel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ingo Dirr fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Madenrreute's protests and gave Ingo Dirr a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Welkershausen FSV booed when Madenrreute was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingo Dirr didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Welkershausen FSV's Frederik Dröge tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Esau Preuße received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mel Riechel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pitt Gross had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mel Riechel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pitt Gross in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Madenrreute's goal looked a bit too open when Pitt Gross came free, but Mel Riechel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pitt Gross was the one to do the kick off. Mark Poreski struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Leander Schachow didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madenrreute. Mark Poreski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leander Schachow read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Welkershausen FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldur Degen to maneuver through the defense. Welkershausen FSV's Leander Schachow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Welkershausen FSV from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the game, Pitt Gross cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mel Riechel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Madenrreute's Mel Riechel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esau Preuße in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arko Mach in the 70th minute of play forced Welkershausen FSV's goalkeeper Leander Schachow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Madenrreute's goal looked a bit too open when Esau Preuße came free, but Mel Riechel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Madenrreute got a freekick which was hit by Ingo Dirr. Esau Preuße fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Riechel having to interfere. Mel Riechel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esau Preuße, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Welkershausen FSV's Esau Preuße got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Madenrreute's zone, Esau Preuße stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mel Riechel came out of the goal and Esau Preuße tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madenrreute's Mel Riechel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pitt Gross in the 93rd minute of play. Mark Poreski might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leander Schachow. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mark Poreski ran back to his position shaking his head.
