After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Johannes Kläsener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Die Krähen's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Kläsener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Einar Joa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Borys Gongola made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Mao Yue Fan sent off a good shot on target. After 8 minutes, Josip Pengel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Die Krähen and the SG Wirringen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Frieder Köffers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Borys Gongola was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Borys Gongola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frieder Köffers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Die Krähen's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Da Costa came free, but Borys Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borys Gongola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mao Yue Fan went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Mao Yue Fan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Gongola having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Stephan Stößer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Borys Gongola. The goal made the score 4-0. Die Krähen's Borys Gongola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frieder Köffers in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute Mao Yue Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gongola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Frieder Köffers dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Borys Gongola, 5-0. With a little luck, Die Krähen's Borys Gongola got control of the ball when Stephan Stößer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Die Krähen's zone, Mao Yue Fan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borys Gongola came out of the goal and Mao Yue Fan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frieder Köffers to strike the kick off in the second half. Mao Yue Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Die Krähen's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Krueger came free, but Borys Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Kläsener charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johannes Kläsener the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mao Yue Fan in the 69th minute of play forced Die Krähen's goalkeeper Borys Gongola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Mao Yue Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gongola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Die Krähen's goal looked a bit too open when Frieder Köffers came free, but Borys Gongola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mao Yue Fan in the 76th minute of play forced Die Krähen's goalkeeper Borys Gongola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Frieder Köffers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Borys Gongola. Die Krähen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frieder Köffers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. SG Wirringen's Jürgen Kalisch was substituted for Frieder Köffers. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Da Costa in the 87th minute of play forced Die Krähen's goalkeeper Borys Gongola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Mao Yue Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gongola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Tande in the 94th minute of play forced SG Wirringen's goalkeeper Einar Joa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SG Wirringen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
