A collision led to Herrenberg F.C. getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Arnauld Ruttens hit a great ball. Ferry Bahlinger, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Leo Steinborn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lou Pahlmanns short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Carsten Pampuch to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lou Pahlmann in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carsten Pampuch saved Herrenberg F.C. from getting behind. Reinhold Jensen kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Carsten Pampuch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lou Pahlmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Carsten Pampuch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lou Pahlmann's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. BV Borussia Warstein's Malte Keller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Rupprecht in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Herrenberg F.C. were awarded a corner. Reinhold Jensen went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Walery Biegun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Malte Keller quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovanni Lindenthal got free with Carsten Pampuch in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thorben Beyeler's late challenge caught a Herrenberg F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorben Beyeler helped the player get up and apologised. Walery Biegun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Keller having to interfere. With his leg Carsten Pampuch managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when BV Borussia Warstein's Lou Pahlmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Biegun in the 30th minute of play forced BV Borussia Warstein's goalkeeper Malte Keller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes, Reinhold Jensen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrenberg F.C. and the BV Borussia Warstein players grew even worse after the yellow card. BV Borussia Warstein's Lou Pahlmann got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lou Pahlmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Carsten Pampuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luizão Paraibano fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BV Borussia Warstein's protests and gave Luizão Paraibano a yellow card for diving instead. Luizão Paraibano hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Malte Keller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Rupprecht in the 45th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, BV Borussia Warstein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Rupprecht to strike the kick off in the second half. If Lou Pahlmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Walery Biegun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Malte Keller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reinhold Jensen hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Carsten Pampuch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lou Pahlmann in the 62nd minute of play. 蔡烨庭 kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Simon Rupprecht notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BV Borussia Warstein's Malte Keller. Malte Keller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malte Keller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinhold Jensen, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Steinborn in the 70th minute of play forced Herrenberg F.C.'s goalkeeper Carsten Pampuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 蔡烨庭's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carsten Pampuch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Herrenberg F.C.'s Carsten Pampuch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lou Pahlmann in the 87th minute of play. Herrenberg F.C. were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after BV Borussia Warstein's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michael Flosbach took the corner. If Walery Biegun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Herrenberg F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Herrenberg F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
