Piet Groß started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Simon Rupprecht dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lukas Kaumanns, 1-0. In the 8th minute, Simon Rupprecht made a precise shot to the right of Lukas Kaumanns. FC Trabzon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Simon Rupprecht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Johann Tamme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carsten Pampuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Rupprecht who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Lukas Kaumanns when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Simon Rupprecht had several of the FC Trabzon's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 16 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Lukas Kaumanns as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lukas Kaumanns showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caradoc Enriquez in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of FC Trabzon booed when Herrenberg F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caradoc Enriquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Kaumanns came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Herrenberg F.C.'s Caradoc Enriquez. But to his dismay, Caradoc Enriquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 30thth minute of the game Piet Groß who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herrenberg F.C.'s Carsten Pampuch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 minutes of play, Herrenberg F.C.'s Caradoc Enriquez made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lukas Kaumanns was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frank Reis struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Lukas Kaumanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herrenberg F.C.. In the 38th minute, Simon Rupprecht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herrenberg F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Lukas Kaumanns made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Simon Rupprecht sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Rupprecht to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Rupprecht in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lukas Kaumanns saved FC Trabzon from getting behind. After 55 played minutes FC Trabzon got a freekick which was hit by Ingo Aicher. Caradoc Enriquez scored 7-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukas Kaumanns, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Rupprecht struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Lukas Kaumanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herrenberg F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caradoc Enriquez in the 66th minute of play forced FC Trabzon's goalkeeper Lukas Kaumanns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Caradoc Enriquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herrenberg F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After some careless play in the FC Trabzon defense, Simon Rupprecht kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lukas Kaumanns. Lukas Kaumanns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Reinhold Jensen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herrenberg F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Reinhold Jensen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukas Kaumanns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
