Pekko Badla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fotis Mantzouranas in the 90th minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Pekko Badla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Fotis Mantzouranas took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Pekko Badla to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded SC Otten left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alemannia Aachen.
