Pekin Energin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heinz-Gerd Bonin having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Uwe-Jens Röttger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Goethe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Heinz-Gerd Bonin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pekin Energin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heinz-Gerd Bonin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermann Luscher in the 17th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Hermann Luscher notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Heinz-Gerd Bonin. Heinz-Gerd Bonin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The corner led to 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Per Gross getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 26 minutes into the game, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Uwe-Jens Röttger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prospero Goethe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Heinz-Gerd Bonin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pekin Energin in the 30th minute of play. Heinz-Gerd Bonin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pekin Energin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39thth minute of the game Uwe-Jens Röttger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friesenwerdermoor's Prospero Goethe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uwe-Jens Röttger in the 41st minute of play forced Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Pekin Energin made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's zone, Pekin Energin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinz-Gerd Bonin came out of the goal and Pekin Energin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heinz-Gerd Bonin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennard Rossmanith in the 56th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pekin Energin got free with Heinz-Gerd Bonin in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Friesenwerdermoor made a substitution. Iwan Dziechciowski replaced Pekin Energin. Artur Schade made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hermann Luscher however managed to control. In the 72nd minute, Matti Erkiner made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Goethe. Friesenwerdermoor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goalkeeper Heinz-Gerd Bonin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennard Rossmanith. With a little luck, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Heinz-Gerd Bonin got control of the ball when Lennard Rossmanith tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lennard Rossmanith made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 79thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Heinz-Gerd Bonin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Marcus Willmann took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prospero Goethe. Prospero Goethe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Marcus Willmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Goethe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Prospero Goethe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Willmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Marcus Willmann came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Willmann couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz had won after a very even match.
