After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Erling Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biene Maja 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Erling Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Bourceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denis Bourceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Hydén, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jaime Roland hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute Ullrich Böhlert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Bourceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
