In the 15th minute, František Brzobohatý got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Spartak Hluk booed when Spartak Hluk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Rácz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eliáš Holeček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Spartak Hluk's Jan Rácz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladislav Vích narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Spartak Hluk's zone, Jan Rácz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladislav Vích came out of the goal and Jan Rácz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Rácz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, František Brzobohatý managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartak Hluk's supporters rose to their feet, but František Brzobohatý was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladislav Vích breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Jan Rácz put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vladislav Vích. Jan Hadraba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Jan Hadraba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Rácz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan Rácz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute of the game Nikola Obdržálek made a throw-in which Tomáš Havránek played forward. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Jan Rácz took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Vladislav Vích to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Jan Rácz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladislav Vích was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After 69 minutes of play, Spartak Hluk's Jan Rácz made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladislav Vích was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan Rácz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladislav Vích read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. If Jan Rácz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladislav Vích came out of the goal and Jan Rácz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Miroslav Kettner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Spartak Hluk's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
