When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Václav Doupovec took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Otta Zborník to make any attempt to save it. Desenice were furious when Richard Kunc was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Desenice fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! Arnošt Malina kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ladislav Voldán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Otta Zborník made a huge save. Pavel Cakl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Svěrák in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Vágner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Stanislav Kapoun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otta Zborník was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Desenice's Vendelín Zuska got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ladislav Voldán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otta Zborník having to interfere. Desenice's Otta Zborník played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Nezbeda in the 67th minute of play. After 72 minutes, Rudolf Nezbeda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Purschau and the Desenice players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Purschau getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rudolf Nezbeda hit a great ball. Purschau's Pavel Cakl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Purschau from getting a goal against them. If Stanislav Kapoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77thth minute of the game Rudolf Nezbeda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Desenice's Otta Zborník was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 minutes, Petr Vařeka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Purschau and the Desenice players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute of the match Gustav Kotalík shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavel Cakl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Arnošt Malina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Desenice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purschau the free kick. Arnošt Malina hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Stanislav Kapoun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Purschau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 96 minutes into the match, Desenice's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Voldán came free, but Otta Zborník reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
