When Václav Kadlec came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Kotěhůlky fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Václav Kadlec couldn't finish the play. The supporters of FC Kotěhůlky booed when Brucknerova Akademie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Machek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislav Fábera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Václav Kadlec in the 16th minute of play. Radmil Nezval charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radmil Nezval the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Petr Holubec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Walentowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ladislav Fábera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Václav Kadlec in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Brucknerova Akademie's goal looked a bit too open when Václav Kadlec came free, but Ladislav Fábera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Konvičný received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jiří Malota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislav Fábera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Pospíšil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislav Fábera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godwin Xuereb in the 41st minute of the match. Ladislav Fábera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Václav Kadlec's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michal Konvičný to make the kick off. Jiří Malota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Konvičný in the 65th minute of play. Godwin Xuereb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Kotěhůlky made a substitution. Al Capone replaced Václav Kadlec. Jiří Malota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Konvičný in the 80th minute of the match. Jiří Malota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Konvičný, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Radmil Nezval kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of FC Kotěhůlky booed when Brucknerova Akademie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radmil Nezval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslav Pospíšil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Stratos Stravogiannos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded FC Kotěhůlky left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brucknerova Akademie.
