Jan Vais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tomáš Matuš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Slavomír Šefčík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jan Vais's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Tomáš Matuš skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Daniel Okropny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Šnajdr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 19 in the game by Jan Vais from a close distance when the talented Tomáš Matuš managed to make a qualified save. Athletic Czech Republic's players were relieved. Slavomír Šefčík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Tomáš Matuš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Wagner hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jan Vais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Vais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Jan Vais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomáš Matuš. Athletic Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Vais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 29th minute, Lukáš Jehlička hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Okropny came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Athletic Czech Republic's Čeněk Šístek. But to his dismay, Čeněk Šístek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 36th minute, Slavomír Šefčík ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomáš Matuš was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some careless play in the Athletic Czech Republic defense, Jan Vais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomáš Matuš. The Athletic Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomáš Matuš should have stopped the shot. After having played for 43 minutes, Vavřinec Šebek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mocowitz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vavřinec Šebek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Slavomír Šefčík managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 47th minute, Čeněk Šístek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Athletic Czech Republic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Čeněk Šístek to make the kick off. The supporters of Mocowitz booed when Athletic Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukáš Jehlička didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslav Pěkný struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Tomáš Matuš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mocowitz. With an all-out effort, Athletic Czech Republic's Daniel Okropny threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Čeněk Šístek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Vais in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomáš Matuš prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Čeněk Šístek in the 63rd minute of play forced Mocowitz's goalkeeper Daniel Okropny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Slavomír Šefčík notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Athletic Czech Republic's Tomáš Matuš. Tomáš Matuš was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Jan Vais's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomáš Matuš was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Vais in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomáš Matuš prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute, Martin Sedláček got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Jan Vais who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Athletic Czech Republic's Tomáš Matuš was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vít Baláž charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vít Baláž the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vít Baláž kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Tomáš Matuš came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Mocowitz's Slavomír Šefčík. But to his dismay, Slavomír Šefčík quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. When Mocowitz's Jan Vais in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Athletic Czech Republic's goalie prevented a goal. If Slavomír Šefčík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Ladislav Maxa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Athletic Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mocowitz the free kick. 88 minutes into the game, one of Athletic Czech Republic:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Mocowitz a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Miroslav Pěkný, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Athletic Czech Republic's Tomáš Matuš. 6-2. Jan Vais's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomáš Matuš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When Vít Baláž was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played.
