Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petr Křivka took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Jiří Balcárek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaroslav Rulf skillfully saved the ball. If Marco Nevrkla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Libor Hanzel fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Valterice's protests and gave Libor Hanzel a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Valterice! In the 19th minute, Petr Křivka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orli Znojmo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Břetislav Kabelka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Josef Jaša sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Ladislav Kárník hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Marco Nevrkla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Ilja Kubišta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orli Znojmo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jaroslav Rulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petr Křivka in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Orli Znojmo's goalkeeper Vincenc Pešák, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Orli Znojmo booed when AC Valterice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislav Kárník didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, David Radosta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Marco Nevrkla made the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Orli Znojmo's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Nevrkla came free, but Vincenc Pešák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Ilja Kubišta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ladislav Kárník hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. AC Valterice's Jaroslav Rulf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save AC Valterice from getting a goal against them. If Ilja Kubišta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Nevrkla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vincenc Pešák tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Josef Jaša had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Orli Znojmo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Orli Znojmo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
