In the 37th minute, Tomáš Nečesaný left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Trebendorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Jaroslav Schuster came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Spartak Litoměřice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaroslav Schuster couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomáš Nečesaný to make the kick off. With his leg Jiří Kaválek managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when FC Trebendorf's Bohumír Štych fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Otevřel in the 60th minute of play forced FC Trebendorf's goalkeeper Helmut Klimša to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomáš Nečesaný had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jiří Budín recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes FC Trebendorf got a freekick which was hit by Erik Trojánek. Jiří Budín spun around in front of the goal 70 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Trebendorf's goal. In the 73rd minute, Jaroslav Dolanský hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 minutes, Kamil Gajdušek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spartak Litoměřice and the FC Trebendorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. 85 minutes into the match, Spartak Litoměřice's goalkeeper Jiří Kaválek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bohumír Štych. Bohumír Štych in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jiří Kaválek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Spartak Litoměřice's Jiří Kaválek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Nečesaný in the 93rd minute of play. Tomáš Nečesaný received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jiří Kaválek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
