Flaje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Damice the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matouš Uher in the 7th minute of play forced Damice's goalkeeper Rostislav Ivánek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damice's Rostislav Ivánek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Damice from getting a goal against them. Flaje's Viktor Dunka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karel Mánek in the 20th minute of play. Oto Lhotka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rostislav Ivánek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matouš Uher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Damice defense, Matouš Uher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rostislav Ivánek. The Damice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rostislav Ivánek should have stopped the shot. Matouš Uher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Flaje booed when Damice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Kára didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Ivo Koky sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Damice's Rostislav Ivánek didn't even have to move. After 39 played minutes Flaje got a freekick which was hit by Matouš Uher. With a little luck, Damice's Rostislav Ivánek got control of the ball when Oto Lhotka tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Damice getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ivoš Švorc hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 44th minute, when Flaje's Ivo Koky after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Rostislav Ivánek in Damice's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Oto Lhotka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Ivánek having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matouš Uher made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Flaje's Oto Lhotka got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a little luck, Flaje's Viktor Dunka got control of the ball when Zbyněk Vesecký tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Oto Lhotka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Ruslan Pochylý hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Matouš Uher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st match minute, Damice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Bartko to maneuver through the defense. If Karel Mánek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Damice booed when Flaje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Bečka didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rostislav Ivánek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rostislav Ivánek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Hebelka, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oto Lhotka in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rostislav Ivánek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rostislav Ivánek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oto Lhotka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rostislav Ivánek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oto Lhotka in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Karel Mánek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viktor Dunka. The goal made the score 2-1.
