Michal Herout recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Orlando Pirates's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Antonín Zoul scored to the left of an out of position Jaroslav Hampejs, making the score, 1-0. In the 13th minute Vladimír Podlipný shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Claus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Radovan Janošek put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jaroslav Hampejs. SK Slavia Samechov made a substitution. Martin Řezáč replaced Antonín Zoul. If Helmut Vnouček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Vnouček, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, FC Orlando Pirates's Jaroslav Hampejs got control of the ball when Radovan Janošek tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes Gustaaf Van Bouschot rounded FC Orlando Pirates's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Gustaaf Van Bouschot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaroslav Hampejs was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 36th minute Jiří Bobek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Claus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Řezáč's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaroslav Hampejs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Adam Kohut kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. SK Slavia Samechov's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Narcis Irimia in the 42nd minute. After taking down the ball on SK Slavia Samechov's corner Narcis Irimia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jaroslav Hampejs quite easily take care of the ball. Marc Claus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiří Bobek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michal Herout kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Marc Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helmut Vnouček in the 49th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, FC Orlando Pirates's goal looked a bit too open when Radovan Janošek came free, but Jaroslav Hampejs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radovan Janošek in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaroslav Hampejs saved FC Orlando Pirates from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, FC Orlando Pirates's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Řezáč came free, but Jaroslav Hampejs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Radovan Janošek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaroslav Hampejs was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Michal Dub hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Radovan Janošek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslav Hampejs having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Řezáč in the 76th minute of play forced FC Orlando Pirates's goalkeeper Jaroslav Hampejs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaroslav Hampejs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Herout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narcis Irimia got in the 88th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jaroslav Hampejs handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 90 played minutes SK Slavia Samechov got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Irimia. A collision led to SK Slavia Samechov getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Petr Hub hit a great ball. Josef Martinek was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. SK Slavia Samechov's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
