Sparta Kadaň's Daniel Žůrek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Václav Kupka in the 4th minute of play. Daniel Žůrek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Václav Kupka in the 12th minute of the match. Daniel Žůrek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Václav Kupka, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Zoltán Matějíček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. František Veselský tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mala Dobšiná Praha's Václav Kupka got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Lapčík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Daniel Žůrek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Weis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alex Lapčík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Lapčík struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Daniel Žůrek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mala Dobšiná Praha. 35 minutes into the match, Sparta Kadaň's goal looked a bit too open when Václav Kupka came free, but Daniel Žůrek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sparta Kadaň booed when Mala Dobšiná Praha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Pech didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zoltán Matějíček stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Žůrek was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the game, Alex Lapčík was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mala Dobšiná Praha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sparta Kadaň the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Mala Dobšiná Praha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Lapčík to maneuver through the defense. Alex Lapčík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Václav Kupka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Žůrek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
