Václav Kábrt started the match with the kick off. FC Nantiskov's Petr Brejcha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Jurenka in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to FC Nantiskov getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jiří Kula hit a great ball. Petr Brejcha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milan Žabka in the 9th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josef Jurka during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Nantiskov booed when Brtev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Jurka didn't get a good kick on the ball. When FC Nantiskov's Václav Kábrt in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brtev's goalie prevented a goal. Brtev's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karel Bukač was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Waldemar Sobotka made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Karel Bukač sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karel Bukač got free with Waldemar Sobotka in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roman Jurenka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petr Brejcha having to interfere. Milan Žabka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milan Žabka in the 37th minute of play forced FC Nantiskov's goalkeeper Petr Brejcha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Václav Kábrt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Milan Žabka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 82nd minute, Josef Jurka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Roman Jurenka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brtev's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Jurenka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
