In the 3rd minute, Loui Skovhaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 4 played minutes Pribyslavov got a freekick which was hit by Walter Ålberg. Otmar Vavřík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Směšný, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Roman Kulhánek succeeded in the game's 7th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Martin Směšný had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Pribyslavov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Ålberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Miroslav Nekola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Martin Směšný shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otmar Vavřík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Směšný in the 27th minute of play forced Pribyslavov's goalkeeper Otmar Vavřík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Alexandr Vácha made a precise shot to the right of Otmar Vavřík. Pribyslavov's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 31st minute, Miroslav Skalický got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Alexandr Vácha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otmar Vavřík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Pribyslavov defense, Miroslav Skalický kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otmar Vavřík. The Pribyslavov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otmar Vavřík should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Martin Směšný had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Otmar Vavřík. Pribyslavov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Směšný was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After having played for 44 minutes, Alexandr Vácha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Fortuna Uherská's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandr Vácha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jurij Pytlík was a little too slow when Walter Ålberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Směšný to make the kick off. Pribyslavov's Otmar Vavřík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Směšný in the 54th minute of play. Otmar Vavřík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Kulhánek, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th match minute, Pribyslavov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomáš Bodlák to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Pribyslavov's Otmar Vavřík got control of the ball when Alexandr Vácha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexandr Vácha's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Otmar Vavřík firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Martin Směšný could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Otmar Vavřík however easily saved by the left post. 71 minutes into the game, Alexandr Vácha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Otmar Vavřík was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Směšný got free with Otmar Vavřík in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pribyslavov's Otmar Vavřík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Kulhánek in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, FC Fortuna Uherská's Miroslav Skalický nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Otmar Vavřík made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. In the 89th minute, FC Fortuna Uherská's Martin Směšný ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Otmar Vavřík. Otmar Vavřík yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. Alexandr Vácha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Otmar Vavřík made a huge save. Otmar Vavřík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Kulhánek in the 96th minute of play. Jurij Pytlík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mózes Orbán, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the final whistle sounded FC Fortuna Uherská left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pribyslavov.
