Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Cenkov got a freekick which was hit by Milan Rozsypal. 4 minutes into the game, FC SMSlevy's Marek Neužil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alois Doseděl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Martin Vohralík might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alois Doseděl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Vohralík ran back to his position shaking his head. When Matěj Švajda fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cenkov's protests and gave Matěj Švajda a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC SMSlevy booed when Cenkov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdeněk Zahradníček didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivoš Vojtíšek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Jan Punčochář when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alois Doseděl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Neužil, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Alois Doseděl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Neužil in the 33rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marek Neužil made a kick off. Jan Punčochář showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radko Rusnák, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute Anatolij Krofta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alois Doseděl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match, Marek Neužil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alois Doseděl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jan Punčochář made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivoš Vojtíšek in the 61st minute of play. Marek Neužil had several of the Cenkov's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Alois Doseděl as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Cenkov getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zdeněk Zahradníček hit a great ball. Corneliu Giugiuc hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corneliu Giugiuc during the 74th minute. Cenkov's Matěj Švajda got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Punčochář took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdeněk Zahradníček, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Radko Rusnák came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Cenkov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radko Rusnák couldn't finish the play. Milan Rozsypal kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Anatolij Krofta came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC SMSlevy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anatolij Krofta couldn't finish the play. Marek Neužil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alois Doseděl having to interfere.
