The Cerony fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Robert Volejník was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TJ Sokol Lužná's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cerony the free kick. In the 10th minute, Valter Holčák sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TJ Sokol Lužná's Felix Coufal didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vincent Kobr in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaroslav Plachý saved Cerony from getting behind. Cerony's Jaroslav Plachý played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Kobr in the 16th minute of play. TJ Sokol Lužná's Richard Halfar got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Lukavský in the 21st minute of play forced TJ Sokol Lužná's goalkeeper Felix Coufal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A beautiful save bye TJ Sokol Lužná's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Henryk Kunovský ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Coufal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The TJ Sokol Lužná players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cerony were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petr Lukavský to strike the kick off in the second half. Petr Lukavský sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Henryk Kunovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Halfar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslav Plachý having to interfere. Felix Coufal came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Cerony's Henryk Kunovský. But to his dismay, Henryk Kunovský quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. TJ Sokol Lužná's Felix Coufal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Lukavský in the 73rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luděk Barnet during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cerony's Luděk Barnet got a free kick in the 76th minute. Henryk Kunovský sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TJ Sokol Lužná's Felix Coufal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save TJ Sokol Lužná from getting a goal against them. Jonáš Škola charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonáš Škola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cerony booed when TJ Sokol Lužná was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonáš Škola didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by TJ Sokol Lužná's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Valter Holčák was slow to take the kick. During this time Cerony's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Cerony's Henryk Kunovský getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The TJ Sokol Lužná supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cerony's performance. The match ended with a win for Cerony.
