Karel Habarta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7thth minute of the game Miroslav Čevela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cipin's Vlastimil Vais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Miroslav Čevela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlastimil Vais was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Václav Němeček made a kick off. The referee gave David Sochůrek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With his leg Vlastimil Vais managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when The Reds's Miroslav Čevela fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Miroslav Čevela struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Vlastimil Vais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Reds. Vojtěch Vejrosta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vlastimil Vais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Miroslav Čevelas short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Vlastimil Vais to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pavol Zelinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel Habarta, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Miroslav Čevela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Vlastimil Vais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Miroslav Čevela managed to get in a good position for a shot.
