In the 22ndth minute of the game Jakub Břečka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Strelar's Zdeněk Krátký was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, AC Strelar's goalkeeper Zdeněk Krátký had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michal Kyncl. Bohumír Šefl struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Zdeněk Krátký didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC BRNO. If Bohumír Šefl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Václav Hub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdeněk Krátký having to interfere. When Jakub Břečka came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC BRNO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakub Břečka couldn't finish the play. Zdeněk Krátký came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC BRNO's Václav Hub. But to his dismay, Václav Hub quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zlatko Kunz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Benjamin Kristek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jakub Břečka made a kick off. Benjamin Kristek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiří Křížek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match FC BRNO got a corner. AC Strelar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michal Kyncl ran over to the corner to take the kick. Michal Kyncl made a great header on FC BRNO's corner, it was just that AC Strelar's Zdeněk Krátký managed to reach the ball for a save. If Václav Hub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Jakub Břečka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdeněk Krátký. AC Strelar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakub Břečka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to AC Strelar getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Šimon Nepraš hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, FC BRNO's Oleg Beneš sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdeněk Krátký narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zdeněk Krátký showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Břečka in the 68th minute of the match. AC Strelar's Zdeněk Krátký played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Břečka in the 69th minute of play. Jakub Břečka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zdeněk Krátký read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Václav Hub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BRNO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Václav Hub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bohumír Šefl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdeněk Krátký having to interfere. Zdeněk Krátký showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Kyncl, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Bohumír Šefl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Strelar's Zdeněk Krátký was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Jakub Břečka notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of AC Strelar's Zdeněk Krátký. Zdeněk Krátký was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oleg Beneš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of FC BRNO booed when AC Strelar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bořivoj Přibil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Václav Hub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
