Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Rychlý in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck René Drechsler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Korotice's Libor Hronek got a free kick in the 4th minute. Libor Hronek got his second yellow card in the match during the 18th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Rychlý in the 21st minute of play forced Korotice's goalkeeper René Drechsler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fox Knox's Alexej Holan got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Rychlý in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Drechsler saved Korotice from getting behind. After 32 minutes, Marco Rychlý made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Korotice's René Drechsler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 played minutes Fox Knox got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Šebestík. When Marco Rychlý came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Fox Knox fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Rychlý couldn't finish the play. In the 41stth minute of the game Marco Rychlý who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Korotice's René Drechsler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Fox Knox's Svatomír Zetek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. René Drechsler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Rychlý in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Drechsler saved Korotice from getting behind. Fox Knox's Viliam Bažo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Fox Knox from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ladislav Brablec made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Marco Rychlý managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fox Knox's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Rychlý was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Drechsler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fox Knox's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Svatomír Zetek in the 57th minute. František Sigmund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Rychlý in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Drechsler saved Korotice from getting behind. After 72 played minutes Korotice got a freekick which was hit by Miroslav Barnet. The audience thought a goal was coming when František Sigmund got free with René Drechsler in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Fox Knox's Marco Rychlý dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Marco Rychlý's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but René Drechsler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. René Drechsler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Rychlý, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Rychlý could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but René Drechsler made a huge save. In the 91st minute Marco Rychlý shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Drechsler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Imrich Trojan made a precise shot to the right of René Drechsler. Korotice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Fox Knox's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
