In the 47th minute Koloman Novák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikuláš Strnad was the one to do the kick off. Jerry Lindberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Romulo Sol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tj KOVO Ždánice's supporters rose to their feet, but Romulo Sol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaroslav Hodek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaroslav Hodek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikuláš Strnad went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute, Filiph Salkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tj KOVO Ždánice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The audience was convinced that Mikuláš Strnad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaroslav Hodek was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, FC ČIMICE's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Lindberg came free, but Jaroslav Hodek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Šuráň hit a great ball. If Mikuláš Strnad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tj KOVO Ždánice's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
