Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jaroslav Šída got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Petr Uhlík left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olesnice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 5th match minute, Jihlava was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslav Chytka to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Jihlava's zone, Vladislav Brázdil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bronislav Skopal came out of the goal and Vladislav Brázdil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, Samuel Mana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Petr Gál notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Jihlava's Bronislav Skopal. Bronislav Skopal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Mana scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bronislav Skopal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Petr Uhlík notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Jihlava's Bronislav Skopal. Bronislav Skopal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jaroslav Chytka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petr Uhlík kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Jihlava's Jaroslav Šída made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dobromil Šebestík was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Vladislav Brázdil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bronislav Skopal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. When Jaroslav Chytka came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Jihlava fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaroslav Chytka couldn't finish the play. After the first half Olesnice were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jihlava's Kazimír Rais got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Robert Havelka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dobromil Šebestík took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslav Šída, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jaroslav Šída's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dobromil Šebestík was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaroslav Šída in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dobromil Šebestík prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dobromil Šebestík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslav Chytka in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Miroslav Cabák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromil Šebestík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bronislav Skopal made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Samuel Mana sent off a good shot on target. Bronislav Skopal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladislav Brázdil in the 71st minute of the match. Olesnice's Samuel Mana suffered a sore knee after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Kazimír Rais fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jihlava's protests and gave Kazimír Rais a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Olesnice booed when Jihlava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimír Rais didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 minutes of play, Jihlava's Jaroslav Chytka made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The Olesnice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dobromil Šebestík should have stopped the shot. Jaroslav Šída fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromil Šebestík having to interfere. Dobromil Kabeláč charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dobromil Kabeláč the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jihlava booed when Olesnice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromil Kabeláč didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Jihlava manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Olesnice to win.
