But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxmilian Grim couldn't finish the play. If Vlastimil Bařinka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Olšanský kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Martin Matějček sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jiří Kotlík skillfully saved the ball. Pavel Šenkyřík stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vlastimil Bařinka's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Alan Dostálek hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Maxmilian Grim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Šenkyřík having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Pohorelice's goal looked a bit too open when Maxmilian Grim came free, but Pavel Šenkyřík reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Pohorelice's goal looked a bit too open when Vlastimil Bařinka came free, but Pavel Šenkyřík reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedikt Štefl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC Celiv's zone, Patrik Mikula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jiří Kotlík came out of the goal and Patrik Mikula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedikt Štefl in the 59th minute of play forced FC Celiv's goalkeeper Jiří Kotlík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Šenkyřík made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vlastimil Bařinka in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxmilian Grim in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavel Šenkyřík prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Patrik Mikula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Vladislav Hampel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Matějček was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. František Koukol charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed František Koukol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pavel Šenkyřík was a little too slow when Maxmilian Grim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vlastimil Bařinka got free with Pavel Šenkyřík in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jiří Kotlík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedikt Štefl in the 82nd minute of play. Benedikt Štefl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute, Maxmilian Grim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pavel Šenkyřík was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Maxmilian Grim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maxmilian Grim really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Celiv eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
