But to his dismay, Viktor Vokoun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Radomil Daníček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, TJ Staré Splavy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Markvart to maneuver through the defense. Martin Ryba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobroslav Jungmann in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Krupka Storks's Radomil Daníček made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Ryba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radim Schindler kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Viktor Vokoun made a precise shot to the right of Branislav Jun. Krupka Storks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. TJ Staré Splavy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dobroslav Jungmann 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Roman Németh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktor Vokoun to make the kick off. When Radomil Daníček came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Krupka Storks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomil Daníček couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Krupka Storks's Jan Reiter got a free kick in the 61st minute. Robin Markvart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Branislav Jun made a huge save. TJ Staré Splavy's Martin Ryba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobroslav Jungmann in the 65th minute of play. Jan Satrapa charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Satrapa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Satrapa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Oto Klusák was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. TJ Staré Splavy were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Krupka Storks's much stronger midfield.
