Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lubomír Bahník started the match with the kick off. FC Ahojky's Horst Schenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiří Giňa in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Odehnal in the 7th minute of play forced FC Ahojky's goalkeeper Horst Schenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jiří Giňa struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Horst Schenk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Roma 1978. In the 10th minute, Petr Laštovička hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ahojky's zone, Leopold Haas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horst Schenk came out of the goal and Leopold Haas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimír Macho hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Martin Odehnal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martin Odehnal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 32 minutes, Martin Odehnal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Roma 1978's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Odehnal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horst Schenk came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by AS Roma 1978's David Píša. But to his dismay, David Píša quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 41 minutes of play, AS Roma 1978's Martin Odehnal made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horst Schenk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, FC Ahojky's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Odehnal came free, but Horst Schenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Odehnal was the one to do the kick off. David Píša fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horst Schenk having to interfere. Martin Odehnal struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Horst Schenk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Libor Bendík was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Libor Bendík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Solar in the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, David Píša notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of FC Ahojky's Horst Schenk. Horst Schenk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute Josef Solar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Libor Bendík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, FC Ahojky's Petr Laštovička made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Libor Bendík was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Ahojky fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AS Roma 1978 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
