The supporters of tj eme melnik booed when FC Jablonec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Hamouz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Marek Knížek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Josef Frič skillfully saved the ball. Josef Frič was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Jablonec's Josef Frič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlastimil Tošovský in the 23rd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 24 minutes into the game, when Pavel Hamouz put in a rough tackle. 26 minutes into the match, FC Jablonec's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Galia came free, but Josef Frič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Pavel Moudrý quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 44 minutes into the game, tj eme melnik's Roman Vik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josef Frič made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Vik to strike the kick off in the second half. Josef Frič was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Tibor Mára capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tibor Mára really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Kurt Zástěra's late challenge caught a tj eme melnik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurt Zástěra helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Jablonec's Kurt Zástěra got a free kick in the 57th minute. Josef Frič was a little too slow when Vlastimil Tošovský got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-8. Josef Frič was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roman Vik showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 68 minute of play. The FC Jablonec fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. tj eme melnik were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
