The supporters of Trutnov FC booed when FC Oltec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saša Braun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Petr Tran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trutnov FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Oltec the free kick. With a little luck, Trutnov FC's Atalan Temizer got control of the ball when Jaroslav Gál tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atalan Temizer was a little too slow when Jaroslav Gál got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jaroslav Gál managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Oltec's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaroslav Gál was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atalan Temizer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute Ctibor Císař shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, FC Oltec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Chico to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Chico in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atalan Temizer saved Trutnov FC from getting behind. Jaroslav Gál received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Atalan Temizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atalan Temizer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaroslav Gál went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Petr Tran was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After 45 played minutes Trutnov FC got a freekick which was hit by Petr Tran. Basílio Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Éric Brenot, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Benedikt Dohnálek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atalan Temizer having to interfere. If Jaroslav Gál had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Tadeo Chico notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Trutnov FC's Atalan Temizer. Atalan Temizer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfons Koutný received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Oltec fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trutnov FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
