After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Florian Netušil managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Sanovice's supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Netušil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atalan Temizer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Borimir Stoynov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. When Lukáš Vích came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Trutnov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukáš Vích couldn't finish the play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, AC Sanovice's Zdeněk Rybár got control of the ball when Ctibor Císař tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in AC Sanovice's zone, Lukáš Vích stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdeněk Rybár came out of the goal and Lukáš Vích tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Alfons Koutný managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Sanovice's Zdeněk Rybár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ctibor Císař in the 61st minute of play. When Lukáš Vích came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Trutnov FC fans jumped to their feet. Trutnov FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Branimir Kashkanov scored to the left of an out of position Atalan Temizer, making the score, 0-1. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AC Sanovice eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
