In the 13th minute, Jacek Mlýnek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. František Vykydal hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FK TEPLICE CHICS's zone, Mikel Yeste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lubomír Plšek came out of the goal and Mikel Yeste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20thth minute of the game Jacek Mlýnek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK TEPLICE CHICS's Lubomír Plšek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pavol Bicák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lubomír Plšek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Pavol Bicák had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lubomír Plšek. FK TEPLICE CHICS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pavol Bicák was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to FK TEPLICE CHICS getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jakub Kott hit a great ball. FK TEPLICE CHICS's Lubomír Plšek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikel Yeste in the 43rd minute of play. Jacek Mlýnek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lubomír Plšek having to make a save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Šimon Pagáč was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Šimon Pagáč in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erwin Justus saved FC Varnsdorf Warriors from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Šimon Pagáč in the 80th minute of play forced FC Varnsdorf Warriors's goalkeeper Erwin Justus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
