The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Petr Anton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Hošťálek having to interfere. Petr Anton scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomáš Hošťálek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Caha hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Marek Řípa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Hošťálek having to interfere. In the 13th minute of the match, Petr Anton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tomáš Hošťálek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 14th minute, FK Košíře Praha's Marek Řípa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tomáš Hošťálek. Tomáš Hošťálek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, 1. FC MECHOV's goalkeeper Tomáš Hošťálek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marek Řípa. Pavel Hanka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladislav Protiva in the 21st minute of the match. Marek Řípa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Petr Anton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Tomáš Hošťálek made a huge save. After 25 minutes 1. FC MECHOV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petr Anton who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Caha in the 32nd minute of play forced FK Košíře Praha's goalkeeper Pavel Hanka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Hanka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiří Miláček, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Jiří Miláček ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pavel Hanka was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Marek Řípa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Hošťálek having to interfere. Marek Řípa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Tomáš Hošťálek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 44 minutes into the match, FK Košíře Praha's goal looked a bit too open when Vladislav Protiva came free, but Pavel Hanka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Petr Anton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomáš Hošťálek came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Košíře Praha's Petr Anton. But to his dismay, Petr Anton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marek Řípa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FK Košíře Praha's Pavel Hanka got control of the ball when Jiří Miláček tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomáš Hošťálek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Řípa in the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Jiří Miláček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Hanka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Martin Caha fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1. FC MECHOV's protests and gave Martin Caha a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, 1. FC MECHOV's Martin Caha got a free kick in the 64th minute. 1. FC MECHOV's Lukáš Kopec was substituted for Jaromír Tvrzník. 1. FC MECHOV's Jakub Petrovič was substituted for Miroslav Janata. After 65 played minutes 1. FC MECHOV got a freekick which was hit by Martin Caha. In the 67th minute Miroslav Erben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Hanka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Hanka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladislav Protiva in the 69th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Miroslav Erben took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Pavel Hanka to make any attempt to save it. Petr Anton made a great header on FK Košíře Praha's corner, it was just that 1. FC MECHOV's Tomáš Hošťálek managed to reach the ball for a save. The attack was good, but when Marek Řípa in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 81 minutes into the game, FK Košíře Praha's Marek Řípa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomáš Hošťálek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. When Petr Anton came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FK Košíře Praha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petr Anton couldn't finish the play. Tomáš Hošťálek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Řípa in the 90th minute of play. Tomáš Hošťálek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petr Anton's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. A collision led to 1. FC MECHOV getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jaroslav Hynčica hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Marek Řípa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
