Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cornelius Lautens got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Cornelius Lautens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Hufschmid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mischa Wemelinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Arnold Hellmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Savigny's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Vetter came free, but Arnold Hellmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelius Lautens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Hufschmid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. If Duarte Moser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bigenthal's Federico Hufschmid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Moser in the 20th minute of play. Mischa Wemelinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Duarte Moser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duarte Moser scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Hufschmid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 played minutes Savigny got a freekick which was hit by Cornelius Lautens. Mischa Wemelinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Hufschmid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelius Lautens, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Vetter in the 51st minute of play forced Savigny's goalkeeper Arnold Hellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Hufschmid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelius Lautens in the 52nd minute of play. Mischa Wemelinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrad Degen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Bigenthal's Pascal Rohn couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Savigny. In the 60th minute, Mischa Wemelinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Duarte Moser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savigny's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duarte Moser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bigenthal's Federico Hufschmid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Bigenthal from getting a goal against them. If Duarte Moser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Bigenthal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mischa Wemelinger to maneuver through the defense. The referee gave Bigenthal a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pascal Rohn, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Savigny's Arnold Hellmann. 1-2. Cornelius Lautens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Savigny's Duarte Moser got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Horace Bocchi had to leave the field with a concussion. Roger Kreienbühl's late challenge caught a Bigenthal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Kreienbühl helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Savigny getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Roger Kreienbühl hit a great ball. Arnold Hellmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mischa Wemelinger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Savigny played a much better game than Bigenthal and deserved their victory. The Bigenthal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
