Simon Bastia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Kain Grassi made a huge save. A collision led to Piora getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Simon Sustrai scored 3-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kain Grassi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Piora's goalkeeper Kain Grassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Sustrai. Kain Grassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Riedweg in the 46th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Timothee Bussmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kain Grassi. That made the score 5-0 in the 47 minute of play.

After 55 played minutes Piora got a freekick which was hit by Salomo Högger. In the 56th minute, Simon Bastia made a precise shot to the right of Kain Grassi. Piora's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Kain Grassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothee Bussmann in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Timothee Bussmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kain Grassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Piora's goal looked a bit too open when Muzaffer Parskan came free, but Kain Grassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kain Grassi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Sustrai went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothee Bussmann in the 77th minute of play forced Piora's goalkeeper Kain Grassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clifford Mela charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clifford Mela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Eschlikon booed when Piora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clifford Mela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Muzaffer Parskan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eschlikon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. In the 83rd minute, Herman Cimini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timothee Bussmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kain Grassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Eschlikon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
